DEVELOPMENT AND EVALUATION OF A MATRIX TRANSFORMATION USEFUL IN PERSONNEL LASSIFICATION,

Abstract

This report presents an approximate solution of the optimal personnel classification problem. Unlike the linear programming type solutions the time required does not increase greatly as the number of persons and jobs increases. The method is applied to experimental data. Appropriate Fortran computer program listings are included in the report. (Author)
