Abstract

The work was divided into three major areas: The Paramatrix System, the Electro-Optical work and, finally the Noise Computer. The Paramatrix System is now being built. With the exception of the dc-coupled voltage amplifier, all of the circuits needed in the system have been finalized: The details are given below. The Electro-Optical work is in good straits, both theoretically and experimentally. It is to be noted that a level-lost version of the modulator system is being designed. The Noise Computer has led to the design of a random pulse generator with a modifiable average frequency. Some theoretical work on testing for randomness has also been done. (Author)
