MOL-EFT PROGRAM. MODEL SPECIFICATION AIRBORNE VEHICLE EQUIPMENT

Abstract

This specification establishes the design, fabrication and performance requirements for a Simulated Laboratory, to be used with a Titan IIIC booster (SLV 9 or subsequent), for the Manned Orbiting Laboratory - Early Flight Test (MOL-EFT) Program. The launch vehicle for the MOL-EFT Program requires a Titan IIIC booster, including Transtage, a Simulated Laboratory, and a Gemini Spacecraft. Acceptance test requirements for the Simulated Laboratory as assembled with the Transtage are defined.
