FILTER MATERIAL EFFICIENCY AGAINST HIGH LEVELS OF AIRBORNE RADIOACTIVE CONTAMINATION

Abstract

The object of the work described in this report was to determine the efficiency of Chemical Corps type 6 filter material against airborne radioactive particulates of radioactivity level of the order of magnitude of the activity anticipated in the cloud in the vicinity of an atomic-bomb detonation.
