TRUE GROWTH RATE IN CZOCHRALSKI CRYSTAL GROWTH.

Abstract

The actual growth rate in the Czochralski technique exceeds the pull rate because the melt level falls as the crystal is withdraw. The actual growth rate is calculated in this paper by a simple mass balance. (Author)
