TRI-SERVICE ELF COMMUNICATIONS - VOL. II, BIBLIOGRAPHY.

Abstract

This report contains a summary of military research and development programs in Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) Communications. Theoretical and practical aspects of long distance ELF communications are presented leading to a systems design and cost analysis of a typical command link. General conclusions are reached which lead to recommendations for future research and development of ELF communications techniques. This volume contains an extensive bibliography of work in this area including references on allied areas such as VLF and LF propagation and noise, underground communications, and deep resistivity measurement techniques.
