VISCOELASTICITY OF AMORPHOUS SOLIDS AND POLYMERS.

Abstract

In this paper the viscoelastic response of organic solids both of low molecular weight and of high molecular weight are interpreted in terms of molecular dynamics. The theoretical discussion is applied to experimental evidence on rosin, polyisobutylene and polystyrene. (Author)
