PERSONNEL REQUIREMENTS FOR NTDS MAINTENANCE SUPPORT ACTIVITIES.

Abstract

It is logical to assume that the need for properly trained personnel to man installations such as tenders and/or shipyards in order to perform major or minor overhaul is needed on NTDS equipments. The purpose of this study is to determine the manning and additional training requirements and/or curriculum changes which appear to be necessary for maintenance support activities such as tenders and shipyards for the Naval Tactical Data System (NTDS) equipment.
