Abstract

This document provides guidance in the use of the File Change routine to the analyst preparing data for the FOSCOM data file. It includes a discussion of the different types of change items along with substantive examples of their possible use, the mechanics of preparing a deck of changes to the file; a description of the format and use of the various output listings; and lastly, a detailed analysis of an illustrative run of the File Change routine.
