SSB AND VHF CRYSTAL FILTERS.
Abstract
In this report, the test results of a 30 MC ten-crystal two-section overtone crystal filter are presented and evaluated. The theoretical designs of a twelve-crystal three-section and thirteen-crystal three-section filter are considered which result in acceptable designs. The experimental work on a 30 MC twelve-crystal overtone filter is obtained and compared with the 30 MC ten-crystal overtone filter. A hybrid temperature compensation technique is considered and applied theoretically to the thirteen-crystal filter design with excellent compensation effects. (Author)
