HE-NE GAS LASER OF WARSAW POLYTECHNIC.

Abstract

The paper describes a He-Ne laser designed and put into operation in the Department of Electron Devices of Warsaw Polytechnic in 1963. The construction, some details of the technology of production of the laser elements and the alignment of the complete system are discussed. The main parameters and the methods of measuring them are also given. (Author)
