Abstract

Tests are reported to determine the compilance with Coast Guard Specifications of a sample lot of Pistol-Projected Parachute Red Flare Distress Signals. The sample lot of distress signals failed to meet the requirements of Coast Guard Specification 160.024 in both the operational and technical tests. (Author)
