TOP MANAGEMENT REPORTING AT THE AVIATION SUPPLY OFFICE PRACTICE AND POSSIBILITIES.

Abstract

This report presents the results of field interviews with military and civilian personnel at the ASO concerning the general subject of reports to the Commanding Officer and his Executive. The document treats the subjects of reporting practices for purposes of top management control at the ASO. Discussion of management reporting is confined to systematic formal reporting to the Commanding Officer and his Executive. (Author)
