PAGE PRINTER UTILIZING ADVANCED PRINTING TECHNIQUES.

Abstract

During this quarter, testing of a new braking and stopping method for the high speed carriage return was continued. Wiring of the character generator has been completed. A method of mounting has been worked out that will have the circuits more easily accessible for servicing. The converter has been modified to accept parallel signals from punched paper tape. The circuits have been designed and their construction is 50% completed. (Author)
