PATHOLOGIC FINDINGS IN THE LABORATORY GOAT. PART III. TRAUMATIC BONE LESIONS.

Abstract

This report, which is a supplement to CRDLSP 2-62, contains data pertaining to traumatic bone lesions found in autopsies on 2,000 goats used in wound ballistics studies. Outlined are the methods used in examining and describing bone specimens and those used in collating the findings. A detailed table records frequency of injury to individual bones. The technical aspects applicable to the preparation of osteological specimens are discussed. (Author)
