DESIGN OF FILM PROJECTOR WITH VARIABLE MAGNIFICATION OF EACH AXIS.

Abstract

The lens system is explained and details are given sufficient to design a film projector providing variable magnification of each of the two axes of the film. Utilizing spherical lenses, this system can provide change in the height to width ratio of the object at a magnification limited only by resolution in the object (film) and the size of the light source.
