OBSERVATIONS ON A NUMBER OF NONCOMMISSIONED OFFICER ACADEMIES.

Abstract

As a part of the broad initial effort of Task NCO, attention was directed towards gaining staff familiarization with current Army Noncommissioned Officer Academy leadership training programs. This staff memorandum presents a record of observations on noncommissioned officer academies obtained by visiting academies, by reviewing academy programs of instruction, and by interviewing academy staff members, graduates and the company commanders of graduates.
