A SURVEY OF ARMOR TRAINING PROBLEMS.
Abstract
The rankings given to the twelve subjects by the officers and the enlisted men who completed the questionnaire forms were analyzed. The analysis shows that they expressed opinions of three distinct kinds: (1) on the relative importance of each subject; (2) on the relative proficiency attained in each subject, and (3) on the relationship between the importance and the proficiency rankings for every subject.
