PROGRAM 624A QUARTERLY RELIABILITY AND QUALITY ASSURANCE REPORT. VOLUME I: RELIABILITY.
Abstract
The Reliability Measurement Section was updated to include the latest applicable test data and corrective action. Four previously reported reliability problems and five new reliability problems were worked. Three of the 9 reliability problems were closed during this quarter. The Design Assurance Test Program progressed on schedule during this reporting period. Vibration and acoustic data obtained during flight of Article 8 were analyzed, and the results of this analysis will be incorporated in the flight test report.
