Abstract

The University of Goteborg Department of Physiology has two outstanding groups working on research in physiology, those of Professor B. Folkow and Professor Anders Lundberg. This report gives in detail the research in physiology of the autonomic nervous system. It covers circulatory studies, chemical, physical and neurophysiological aspects, and problems of gastrointestinal physiology (neural control). (Author)
