ENGINEERING SERVICES ON TRANSISTORS.

Abstract

The general purpose of this contract is to make studies and investigations related to transistors and transistor-like devices, together with their circuit properties and applications, with a view toward demonstrating and increasing the practicality of their use in operating equipment. Task 4, New and Improved Transmission-Type Transistors, and Task 9, Functional Devices and Integrated Circuits, are active under this contract.
