ON THE ABUNDANCE OF LITHIUM IN THE T TAURI NEBULA.
Abstract
A calculation based on recent experimental results has been made of the ratio of Stromgren's correction factors to the ionization equation for lithium to sodium for conditions that would be expected in the T Tauri nebula. The ratio calculated was 20. This is insufficient to explain the observed anomalous abundance ratio of lithium to sodium in the atmosphere of the T Tauri star itself. (Author)
