12 INCH DIAMETER CATHODE-RAY TUBE WITH FIBER OPTIC FACEPLATE.

Abstract

In the sixth quarter a new 12 in. fiber optic faceplate tube was to be fabricated, by using a faceplate designed to reduce fiber angular distortion. This tube was not completed due to non-delivery of the faceplate by the vendor. Steps were taken to obtain a new faceplate in the seventh quarter. (Author)
