Abstract
The model and computer program described in this memorandum were developed for, and used during, The Light Observation Helicopter Study (RAC Project RP-129). They have also been utilized as part of the methodologies for RAC studies RS-130 (Surveillance and Target Acquisition Airborne Systems) and RS-64.4 (Impact of Advanced Technology on Armored Operations). It is anticipated that presentation of the mathematical foundations, usage manual, and program reference manual in a single integrated volume will prove to be particularly helpful to future users.
