EQUILIBRIUM STUDIES OF REFRACTORY NITRIDES.

Abstract

Accomplishments are reported for the period of 1 February to 30 April 1966 on a program to provide vapor pressure and phase data for selected refractory nitrides. Detailed reports were completed and are included of the work and results of studies on boron nitride and silicon nitride. Work in progress on the tantalum-nitrogen system is discussed. (Author)
