GROWTH OF SINGLE CRYSTALS OF ZRO2 AND HFO2 FROM PBF2.
Abstract
Single crystals of ZrO2, HfO2, and ZrO2-HfO2 solid solution were grown from molten PbF2. The growth parameters are listed and the habits of the crystals are given. They grew as transparent, colorless platelets. (Author)
