INVESTIGATION AND FREQUENCY STABILIZATION OF THE MARZOLF TUNNEL DIODE STATIC POWER INVERTER.

Abstract

Several methods of stabilizing the output frequency of the Marzolf tunnel diode static power inverter circuit are presented as well as an analysis of the no-load and loaded conditions of the circuit. Several test circuits were built and experimental results were compared to theoretical predictions with good verification. The basic theory of tunnel diodes is discussed to provide background information. (Author)
