STAGE - A SIMULATIONS ENVIRONMENT,

Abstract

STAGE is a computerized dynamic simulation of a two-sided military conflict and is made up of over 1/4 million lines of computer code. It has been the authors' intent in this publication to provide the reader with the background of STAGE and a basic description of its capabilities without discussing the details of any of the simulation algorithms. In this light, the paper contains three major sections: History, Simulations and Model Characteristics. (Author)
