A STUDY OF THE SHIELDING EFFECTIVENESS OF BUILDING MATERIALS.

Abstract

This report, consisting of two sections, covers the results of a literature survey of available data on the shielding effectiveness of building materials normally used in the Military Construction Program. Section 1 is a technical discussion of various theoretical and practical approaches used to predict or measure shielding effectiveness. Section 2 is a 512-entry bibliography representing the more pertinent information having to do with any phase of electromagnetic shielding. The annotation includes a description of the content of the document with an analysis of utility or value. (Author)
