COMPUTER PROCESSING TECHNIQUES AND PROGRAM DESCRIPTION FOR AWS METEOROLOGICAL DATA SURVEY.

Abstract

This report provides both a general description and details of the computer program used in processing information from the Air Weather Service (AWS) Meteorological Data Survey. Part A gives a general description of the computer program at the management and engineering level. Part B gives programming details which will allow running the program on an IBM 709, 7090, or 7094 computer. An IBM 1401 is also required for card-to-tape operations and printing of final copy.
