LIQUID LASER PARAMETERS.

Abstract

Fluorescence spectra and lifetimes have been measured and correlated for rare-earth complexes including those of europium chloride and nitrate and terbium nitrate with triethyl phosphate, dimethyl sulfoxide, dimethyl acetamide and dimethyl formamide, as well as triethyl phosphate complexes of samarium and dysprosium chloride.
