THE PROBLEM OF INVENTORY WITH LOW DEMAND.

Abstract

This project is to determine a method for deciding order quantities and order points for items with low demand. Empirical distributions were calculated by EDPM. The demand study was expanded to include an analysis of the distribution of variation (in terms of the standard deviation) in demand. Since all the data have not yet been generated or analyzed, a separate report on demand characteristics will be prepared on completion of the analysis.
