Abstract

In the course of a supply-demand review, for each item reviewed, 'PROGRAM 61' makes three decisions: (1) what is the value of Economic Order Quantity for this item; (2) what Risk shall be accepted by SPCC during a lead time of going out of stock (or dipping into program stock) for this item; and (3) what is the Reorder Point for this item.
