STAFFING REQUIREMENTS BASED ON HISTORICAL PERFORMANCE,
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to provide management with a means of projecting personnel requirements. It does not differentiate between direct and indirect labor, nor does it attempt to specify which skills are needed to perform the work. Rather, it aligns all effort to a few major tasks and based on the estimated size of these tasks, it indicates gross personnel requirements.
