FLEXIBLE INTEGRATED SOLAR CELL ARRAY.
Abstract
The fifth quarter activity described in this report includes the measurement of dendritic cell characteristics as a function of the number of top surface contacts, and an evaluation of cell measurements at a constant current for predictions of panel performance. The fabrication and electrical tests of two 1-square-foot solar cell test segments are described. The development of the mechanical demonstration model is described, and a complete model design specification is included. (Author)
