DESIGN PHASE REPORT ON A RECOVERY AND RECONSTITUTION MODEL FOR THE STRATEGIC STRIKE FORCES.

Abstract

A preliminary description is presented of the design of a Recovery and Reconstitution Model for the strategic strike forces. It includes a general description of the model's organization and logic, and detailed descriptions of the model's subroutines and data elements. The essential design elements of the executive control program and utility routines are described. (Author)
