BROADBAND X-BAND KLYSTRON.
Abstract
The objective of this program is to design, fabricate and deliver three klystron amplifiers operating over an instantaneous bandwidth of 4% at 8GHz at the 100 kw, CW power level. This report describes test data obtained from the first pulsed test vehicle as well as progress in the design of the full power full bandwith tube. (Author)
