NERVA COMPONENTS IRRADIATION PROGRAM. VOLUME 6: GTR TEST 15,

Abstract

The twelfth in the series of irradiation tests using the Ground Test Reactor to determine the effects of reactor radiation on candidate NERVA engine components was concluded. The items in the test, designated GTR-15, include cables and connectors, strain gages, resistance temperature transducers, thermocouples, and pressure transducers. The test conditions and subsequent results are described.
