STAFFING REQUIREMENTS FOR CVA-59 CLASS SHIPS,

Abstract

This study, concerned with the utilization of naval personnel and more specifically with the determination of personnel requirements, had three objectives: (1) The design of reliable and practicable methods and techniques for use in establishing naval manpower requirements; (2) The development of a FORESTAL Class CVA Staffing Guide, applicable to the projected Class of CVA(N)'s; and (3) Reporting of pertinent collateral findings of interest to the Chief of Naval Personnel.
