A FORTRAN PROGRAM TO CALCULATE ATMOSPHERIC PROPERTIES.

Abstract

Atmospheric property data up to 400,000 feet are fit with polynomials. The source data are taken from the ARDC Model Atmosphere 1959, (Handbook of Geophysics, Revised Edition). A complete subroutine which calculates these properties may be obtained from the Scientific Programming Section; Program No. SP8. The subroutine is written in FORTRAN 2 for the IBM 1410 Computer.
