Reverse Differential Equations and Others that can be Solved Exactly.

Abstract

A summary is given of the solution methods general enough to be useful for obtaining exact solutions of non-linear ordinary differential equations. A method of generating solvable equations by reversal of derivatives is given in detail, with a formula for the reversal of the n(th) derivative. It is also noted that many important non-linear problems can be reduced to Abel's differential equation. (Author)
