Abstract

Enemy activity remained at a moderate level throughout February and March, but decreased to a light level during April. Enemy offensive actions consisted of attacks by fire, sapper attacks, interdiction of the POL pipeline and LOC's, and terrorist attacks against villages and resettlement areas.
