An Instantaneous Frequency-Measurement Receiver Specifically Developed for Automatic Signal Processing.

Abstract

A wideband instantaneous microwave frequency-measurement receiver has been specifically developed to provide high quality pulse-by-pulse frequency measurements suitable for automatic signal-sorting applications. The receiver is characterized by high intercept probability, good sensitivity, and an excellent frequency-sorting resolution which is maintained over a very large continuous dynamic range. Measurement rates exceeding one hundred thousand per second can be accommodated. (Author)
