Lessons Learned, Headquarters, 222d Aviation Battalion

Abstract

The mission of the Battalion remained the same throughout the reporting period, that of providing combat and combat support with aviation assets to United States and other Free World Forces in the Republic of Vietnam; The organization of the Battalion did not change during the period. Several MTOE changes were received for assigned and attached units. These changes constituted only minor and insignificant equipment authorizations. No reorganization of units was required.
