Performance of a Pyrolytic Graphite Reinformed Graphite felt Nozzle Insert Fired with a Fluorinated Propellant

Abstract

This report presents the results of testing performed on a nozzle insert which utilized pyrolytic graphite reinforced graphite felt as the throat material. The background for this testing, the design description, and the test conditions are also reported.
