Technical Diagnostic Analysis of LRAPP Test Bed Program Failure

Abstract

A diagnostic analysis of the LRAPP TEST BED Failure was made. The engineering, operational, training, seamanship, and logistical aspects of the implant were discussed in detail. Conclusions were drawn as to the probable cause of the failure and recommendations made as to what future action should be taken by the U.S. Navy in regard to the LRAPP TEST BED.
