Abstract
This report, which is a facsimile of a report prepared under contract, documents an investigation made into the feasibility of using optical techniques for recording a broadband microwave pulse. Various approaches and techniques are evaluated with respect to conceptual feasibility and the state of the art of optical and electronic development.
