Report of FLIP-Ambient Noise Operations of April and August 1971.

Abstract

Ambient noise data from two periods at sea are summarized. During both periods FLIP was used as the platform laboratory for data analysis via a PDP-8/I computer. FLIP was successfully moored in a three-point moor for both operations. Details of the mooring technique are presented. (Author)
