THE QUANTIZER: AN APPLICATION OF QUANTIZATION OF TRAPPED FLUX IN SUPERCONDUCTORS.

Abstract

The report describes a completely superconducting system for the trapping and detecting of certain quantum values of flux. The quantizer and its operating characteristics are described. Up to six levels of flux were trapped and detected. A short discussion of material properties, speed considerations, and circuit applications is presented. (See also AD-429 051). (Author)
