SCF COMPUTER PROGRAM SYSTEMS MANUAL, UTILITY PROGRAMS. PROGRAMMERS AND OPERATORS MANUAL FOR SABER (SYMBOLIC ASSEMBLY ROUTINE FOR THE CDC 1604-1604A).

Abstract

SABER is used by the CDC 1604 (1604-A) computer to convert symbolic-language programs into machine-language programs. Using a specialformat symbolic-card deck as input, SABER assembles the program, prepares an assembly printout, a new combined input tape, and provides a binary output for use by the MTCII (Master Tape Control II) program.
